【Scholarship】114 Academic Year MOE Subsidized Scholarship for Low-Income Overseas Chinese Students
- Overseas Chinese students studying in Taiwan under the Regulations Regarding Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students, excluding graduate students, students with extended study periods, students enrolled in the Division of Preparatory Programs for Overseas Chinese Students at National Taiwan Normal University, and students repeating the Special Mandarin Language Program.
- Students in their second year or above must have passing grades for the previous academic year and must not have received any disciplinary action at or above a reprimand level.
- Students who have already received other government subsidies, tuition waivers, or grants are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
- To ensure fair distribution of government-sponsored financial aid, priority will be given to students who are not employed as part-time assistants at the Office of International Affairs during the current academic year.
NTD 3,000 per month, from September 2024 to August 2025. (For students graduating in 2025, the scholarship will be granted until June 2025.)
Due to the limited quota, awarded students are strongly advised not to withdraw mid-term to avoid affecting other students’ opportunities or future scholarship allocations for the university. Please consider carefully before applying.
- Application Form and Survey Form (attached).
- Original copy of the certificate of low-income status or other supporting documents issued within the past two years. Documents not in Chinese or English must be translated and certified by relevant authorities.
- Original academic transcripts of all previous years (not required for first-year students).
September 18 (Thu) to September 19 (Fri), 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Please ensure that all required documents are stapled in the specified order and submitted to the Office of International Affairs within the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
