Reporting Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Activities
Instructions for Reporting Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Activities:

依教育部中華民國114年4月9日臺教文(二)字第1142501368號函規定,以各級學校名義與大陸地區進行學生教育交流活動,包含體驗學習、實習、志工服務、訪問研習、姊妹校交流、教育專題訪問交流、學生交流及其他與陸交流活動,都須在活動開始日的一個月之前,到教育部的「赴陸教育交流活動登錄平臺」完成線上登錄通報。

以各級學校名義與大陸地區機關構辦理之學生教育交流「視訊」活動,也須至該平臺登錄填報。

活動內容如有變更時,也應在事實發生的3日之內辦理活動變更通報,並於活動完成返臺後的1個月內到該平臺的「事後登錄」回報活動概況。

學生如有上述赴陸交流或是視訊活動,請務必通知原屬系所之助教,由助教協助將活動登錄於該平臺。

Please have each unit complete the “Office of International Affairs Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Activity Reporting Form” and email it to issa@gms.ndhu.edu.tw with the subject line “Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Report - [Department or Unit Name]”.
After the activity is completed, please email the “International Affairs Office Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Activity Feedback Form”with the subject line “Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Feedback - [Department or Unit Name]” to provide an overview of the activity.
Important Notes:

The Reporting Form must be submitted to the OIA at least 25 days prior to the start date of the activity.
- The Feedback Form must be submitted to the OIA within 25 days of the completion of the activity.
- Changes must be reported to the OIA within 2 days of the change.
- If the exchange activity involves only faculty or staff with no student participation, no report is required.
- Beginning in December 2020, exchange activities conducted through virtual platforms (e.g., videoconferencing) must also be reported.
