Reporting Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Activities

Instructions for Reporting Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Activities:

  1. 依教育部中華民國114年4月9日臺教文(二)字第1142501368號函規定,以各級學校名義與大陸地區進行學生教育交流活動,包含體驗學習、實習、志工服務、訪問研習、姊妹校交流、教育專題訪問交流、學生交流及其他與陸交流活動,都須在活動開始日的一個月之前,到教育部的「赴陸教育交流活動登錄平臺」完成線上登錄通報。

  2. 以各級學校名義與大陸地區機關構辦理之學生教育交流「視訊」活動,也須至該平臺登錄填報。

  3. 活動內容如有變更時,也應在事實發生的3日之內辦理活動變更通報,並於活動完成返臺後的1個月內到該平臺的「事後登錄」回報活動概況。

  4. 學生如有上述赴陸交流或是視訊活動,請務必通知原屬系所之助教,由助教協助將活動登錄於該平臺。

Please have each unit complete the “Office of International Affairs Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Activity Reporting Form” and email it to issa@gms.ndhu.edu.tw with the subject line “Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Report - [Department or Unit Name]”.

After the activity is completed, please email the “International Affairs Office Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Activity Feedback Form”with the subject line “Cross-Strait Educational Exchange Feedback - [Department or Unit Name]” to provide an overview of the activity.

 

Important Notes:

  1. The Reporting Form must be submitted to the OIA at least 25 days prior to the start date of the activity.

  2. The Feedback Form must be submitted to the OIA within 25 days of the completion of the activity.
  3. Changes must be reported to the OIA within 2 days of the change.
  4. If the exchange activity involves only faculty or staff with no student participation, no report is required.
  5. Beginning in December 2020, exchange activities conducted through virtual platforms (e.g., videoconferencing) must also be reported.
