The Rotary International Taiwan Foundation Scholarship for Foreign Graduate Students is now available for applications.

Interested students are kindly requested to apply according to the following guidelines. Thank you!

Application Deadline:
By 12:00 PM, Tuesday, September 30, 2025

Required Documents:

1. Application form (2 copies)

2. Short essay (including autobiography, statement of purpose, and experience in participating in activities or voluntary service)

3. Letter of recommendation from advisor/supervisor

4. Academic transcript

5. Other required documents:

   • (1) Proof of enrollment

   • (2) Photocopies of passport and ARC (Alien Resident Certificate)

   • (3) Two recent ID-sized photos taken within the past year

   • (4) Research proposal (must be signed by your advisor)

   • (5) Scholarship budget plan

※ All documents must be typed and printed, with handwritten signatures. Handwritten submissions will not be accepted.

Please submit the required hard copy documents in person to the International Admissions Division, Office of International Affairs before the deadline.

※ This scholarship does not conflict with receiving other scholarships, including: NDHU Scholarship, NDHU Southbound Scholarship, NDHU Elite Scholarship, NDHU Excellent PhD. Scholarship, MOE Elite Scholarship, MOE Taiwan Scholarship and MOFA Taiwan Scholarship.

※ Applicants who pass the Rotary Foundation's document review will be individually notified for interviews. Those who are not selected will not be notified.
