According to the Hualien County Government’s announcement, classes and work in Hualien County will be suspended tomorrow, Wednesday, August 13.
Colleagues who have already registered to take leave on Wednesday, August 13, are requested to process a leave cancellation in the attendance system.

During suspension of work due to natural disasters, personnel who are required to report to duty because of job necessity or are assigned by the head of the agency or school may be granted overtime pay or compensatory leave upon verification. Please process according to the overtime procedure in the attendance system. However, in accordance with the university’s regulations, overtime pay is limited to a maximum of 10 hours per person per month.

During the suspension period, please do not go to dangerous areas. Stay safe and take precautions against wind and rain.
