Application Procedure

Step 1:
Complete the Google Form and submit the following documents:

Step 2:
Apply directly through the partner university’s online application system:

Step 3:
Wait for further notification from the host university.

3. The Office of International Affairs only announces or assists with applications for short-term programs or courses offered by partner universities.
   Whether the short-term program is eligible for academic credit transfer must be handled by the participating students in accordance with the regulations of the Office of Academic Affairs.
   If the program dates overlap with the regular semester, students must apply for leave in accordance with university regulations.
