Admitted students are eligible for scholarships provided by the "National Development Fund (NDF)" and "Partner Enterprises":
✈️ Arrival Subsidy (One-time)
- Admin Fees: Initial Necessary Administrative Expenses for First-Time Arrival to Taiwan: One-time subsidy covering the costs of pre-arrival medical examination, visa fees, and document verification fees.
(Max NT$10k for New Southbound/others; NT$25k for Europe/America). - One-way Airfare: Reimbursement for direct flights.
(Max NT$9k for New Southbound; NT$35k for Europe/America). - Note: Not applicable to students already studying in Taiwan.
🎓 Tuition Waiver (Up to 2 Years)
- Subsidy: Max NT$100,000 per year for tuition waiver (NT$50,000 per semester).
- Renewal: Second-year eligibility depends on enterprise review and reaching TOCFL B1 Chinese proficiency.
💰 Living Allowance (by Enterprise)
- Stipend: NT$10,000 per month.
- Requirement: Must pass enterprise evaluation for the 2nd year and participate in required internships.
📌 Obligation after graduation:
Recipients are obligated to work in Taiwan after graduation. One year of employment for every year of subsidy received (e.g., 2 years of scholarship = 2 years of work in Taiwan).

- Eligibility: International students, Overseas Chinese students, or residents of HK/Macau meeting MOE regulations.
- Language Proficiency:
- Chinese Taught: Minimum CEFR A2 (e.g., TOCFL A2). Must reach TOCFL B1 by the end of the first year.
- English Taught: Minimum CEFR B2 (e.g., TOEFL iBT, IELTS, TOEIC B2).
- Academic Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
