2026 Global Summer Sustainability School at Chiang Mai University

Program Fee: THB 36,900 (approx. USD 1,165) per student


◎ Program Content

  • English communication training (with a focus on sustainability topics)
  • Lectures on sustainability and climate change
  • Case studies on community resilience in Southeast Asia

◎ Field Visits and Experiential Learning

  • Elephant Nature Park
  • Ping River and canal exploration
  • Local crafts and fabric dyeing experience

◎ Cultural Exchange Activities

  • Overnight homestay at Mae Kampong Village
  • Interaction with CMU student buddies
  • Northern Thai cultural activities

◎ Application Procedure

1️⃣ Complete the Google Form and submit the following documents to the Office of International Affairs (OIA):

2️⃣ OIA will assist with the nomination to the host university

  4. The OIA assists in announcing and nominating students for short-term programs offered by partner universities. Credit transfer eligibility should be handled in accordance with the Academic Affairs Office regulations.
  5. If the program period overlaps with the NDHU academic semester, students are responsible for arranging leave procedures in advance.
