1. This announcement is made in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s official letter dated April 20, 2026 (Ref. No. Tai-Jiao-Gao (I) No. 1152201132).

2. To encourage students to participate in international academic and skills competitions, broaden their global perspectives, and enhance their professional knowledge and competencies, the Ministry of Education provides relevant subsidies. Eligible students are encouraged to apply.

3. Eligibility:
Students of National Dong Hwa University who plan to represent the University in international academic or skills competitions between August 1, 2026 and January 31, 2027, and who meet the requirements specified in the MOE guidelines, are eligible to apply.

4. Application Procedure:
Applicants are required to prepare the application form and all supporting documents and submit them to the Office of International Affairs by May 20, 2026 (Wednesday). Please also provide electronic copies. Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. The University will review and compile all applications and submit them collectively to the Ministry of Education before the official deadline (May 29, 2026).

6. The application form and relevant guidelines are attached. Please read them carefully and follow the instructions accordingly.
