◎ Venue: Xi’an Jiaotong University
◎ Expenses: The organizer will cover accommodation, meals, transportation, and activity-related expenses during the program period.
(Participants are responsible for their own round-trip airfare, overseas medical insurance, and personal expenses.)
◎ Eligibility: Taiwanese students only
◎ Quota: 5 students

◎ Application Procedure

1. Complete the Google Form and submit the following documents to the Office of International Affairs (OIA):

Required documents:

• Certificate of Enrollment
• Parental Consent Form

2. The OIA will assist with the nomination process to the host institution.
3. Wait for further notification from the partner university.

4. The Office of International Affairs only announces or assists students in applying for short-term activities or programs offered by partner universities. Whether the short-term program can be transferred for academic credit at NDHU should be handled by students in accordance with the regulations of the Office of Academic Affairs. If the program period overlaps with the university semester, students are responsible for completing leave procedures according to university regulations.
