The Ministry of Education has forwarded information regarding the “Certificate in English as a Second Language (CESL)” Scholarship Program offered by the University of Belize. Students who are interested are warmly encouraged to apply!

📌 Scholarship Information
◎ Program: Certificate in English as a Second Language (CESL)
◎ Host Unit: Regional Language Center (RLC), University of Belize
◎ Program Period: January to October 2027
◎ Expected Arrival Date: January 11, 2027
◎ Quota: 8 scholarship slots available for Taiwanese applicants

📌 Scholarship Coverage
◎ Tuition and miscellaneous fees waived
◎ Monthly living allowance of BZD 600 (approximately USD 300)

📌 Eligibility
◎ Applicants must be at least 18 years old
◎ Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality
◎ Must possess a high school diploma or higher educational qualification

📌 Application Period
From April 20 to July 31, 2026
