- Complete the Google Form for registration through the Office of International Affairs and submit the following documents:

- The Office of International Affairs will nominate students to the host institution. After the nomination is completed, students will receive an email notification to proceed with the online application.
- Wait for further notification from the host university.

- After completing the program, students are required to submit a reflection report following the format provided on the OIA website:

Whether credits earned from the program can be transferred to NDHU is subject to the Academic Affairs Office regulations. If the program period overlaps with the NDHU academic semester, students are responsible for applying for leave in accordance with university regulations.
