The Council of Indigenous Peoples is organizing the “2026 Indigenous Peoples International Affairs Talent Training Program” and warmly welcomes eligible international students to apply.

The program aims to cultivate young talents with international perspectives and the capacity to participate in international affairs, enhance cross-cultural communication and issue advocacy skills, and promote international students’ understanding of Taiwan’s Indigenous cultures and related issues through exchanges among local and international youth and visits to Indigenous communities.

1. Eligibility

International students currently studying in Taiwan, aged 20–40.

2. Program Dates

September 19 (Saturday) – September 24 (Thursday), 2026
A total of 6 days.

3. Venue

National Dong Hwa University and Indigenous communities in Hualien.

4. Application Deadline

From now until 5:00 PM on August 26 (Wednesday), 2026.
