1. Eligibility
   (1) Overseas Chinese students (including students from Hong Kong and Macau) in their sophomore year or above. Students who have repeated a year, retaken courses, or extended their studies are not eligible. Graduate (Master’s and Doctoral) students are also not eligible.
   (2) Applicants must have achieved an overall average grade of 80 or above in the 2024–2025 academic year, with conduct grades of 80 or above in both semesters, and must not have received any disciplinary action at or above the level of a warning.
2. Scholarship Categories

• Academic and Conduct Excellence Scholarship for Overseas Chinese Students: NTD 6,000 per recipient.
• Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship: NTD 20,000 per recipient.
• Awardees will also receive a certificate of recognition.
  Note: Recipients of the above scholarships are not eligible to apply next year for the OCAC "Overseas Community Affairs Council accepts donations for scholarships and financial aid for overseas Chinese students" with the same academic year (2024–2025) records.

3. Application Requirements

• Scholarship Application Form (see attachment).
• Academic transcript for the 2024–2025 academic year (Apply at 學生線上申請證件系統). Applications with incomplete semester grades will not be accepted.
• A photocopy of the iOCAC Card. (Applicants without this card are not eligible.)

4. Submission Deadline

• September 18 (Thursday) – September 19 (Friday), 2025, 08:30–12:00 / 13:00–17:00
• Please arrange your documents in the order listed above, staple them together, and submit them to the Office of International Affairs, Admissions Section within the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
