【Scholarship】Applications Open for the 2025 Academic Year "The Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission Cultural and Educational Foundation's agency for various Scholarships and Financial Aid"
Eligibility
(1) Overseas Chinese undergraduate students (including those from Hong Kong and Macau) in their sophomore year or above. Graduate students are not eligible.
(2) Applicants must have achieved an average academic grade of 75 or above in the 2024–2025 academic year, with conduct grades rated as A.
(3) Applicants must not be recipients of any other scholarships during the current academic year.
(4) Applicants from economically disadvantaged families will be given priority and must submit proof of financial hardship.
Required Documents
(1) Scholarship Application Form (see attachment).
(2) Transcript for the 2024–2025 academic year.
(3) Proof of financial hardship , if applicable.
(4) Certificate of Non-receipt of Other Scholarships (see attachment).
Awards and Quota
(1) Each recipient will be awarded NTD 5,000 and a certificate.
(2) The quota for each university will be allocated based on the number of eligible applicants and the total number of scholarships available.

September 18 (Thursday) – September 19 (Friday), 2025, 08:30–12:00 / 13:00–17:00
Submission Instructions
Application documents must be arranged in the order listed above, stapled together, and submitted to the Office of International Affairs, Admissions Section within the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
