Admission Procedures
If an admitted student forfeits their qualification, fails to report, misses the intent confirmation deadline, or is deemed ineligible due to their status as an overseas Chinese student, Hong Kong/Macau student, or a Hong Kong/Macau student with foreign nationality, their place will be allocated to a qualified waitlisted student based on the waitlist ranking.

Following the official announcement of admission results at 17:00 (Taiwan Time) on Feb 13, 2026, the Admission List will be submitted to the UECOCS. Admitted students will be excluded from any further UECOCS joint distribution procedures.

Issuance of Admission Letters
Admission letters will be issued based on the list of students who have confirmed their intent to enroll. These letters are expected to be sent out in the end of February, 2026, with an additional notification sent via email.

Important Notice
If any admitted or waitlisted student is found ineligible under regulations set by the Overseas Community Affairs Council, the Ministry of Education, or relevant laws such as the Regulations Regarding Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students in Taiwan and the Regulations  Regarding Study and Counseling Assistance for  Hong Kong and Macau Residents in Taiwan, or if any submitted documents contain false, forged, borrowed, altered, or invalid credentials, their admission application, student status, and/or degree certificate will be revoked.
