1. Our university has been allocated 1 scholarship (NTD 20,000) and 1 financial aid grant (NTD 10,000). Eligibility is limited to sophomore to senior students, and applicants may only apply for one category.
2. Scholarship eligibility requirements:
   (1) A minimum overall average grade of 80 for the 115^th academic year, with a conduct grade of at least 75.
   (2) Applicants must not be receiving any government funding or other scholarships during the current academic year.
3. Financial aid eligibility requirements:
   (1) A minimum overall average grade of 75 for the 115^th academic year, with a conduct grade of at least 75, and submission of proof of financial hardship.
   (2) Applicants must not be receiving any government funding or other scholarships during the current academic year.
4. The award ceremony will be held by the Overseas Chinese Association HQ on Sunday, Devember 6, 2026, at Denwell, Dazhi, Taipei City. Recipients who fail to attend in person will have their award eligibility revoked.
5. Please download and print the application forms and submit them along with all required documents to the Office of International Affairs on September 21 (Mon) – September 22 (Tue), 2026, between 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00. Late submissions will not be accepted.
