根據《國立東華外國學生獎學金辦法》第二條：“本獎學金由申請者所屬各院進行初審並排出推薦受獎學生優先順序，再送交本校境外招生委員會進行複審，陳請校長核定受獎名單。”
因此，本次所有申請件均經過學院、學校委員會成員的審慎審核。
According to the NDHU International Student Scholarship Regulations Article 2: “The home college of scholarship applicant will conduct a preliminary review and make a list of recommended candidates; the list of candidates shall be submitted to the NDHU Overseas Recruitment Committee for final review subject to approval by the NDHU president.”
Therefore, all results were carefully reviewed by the committee members of the college, and school.

優秀獎學金獲獎者 NDHU Excellent PhD Scholarship：

◈ 100% 學費減免 + 生活津貼 NTD 10,000/月（博士）100% Tuition Waiver + Stipend NTD 10,000/ month (PhD)

Type A獲獎者Type A awardees:

◈ 100% 學費減免 + 生活津貼 NTD 40,000/學期（博士所） 100% Tuition Waiver + Stipend NTD 40,000/ semester (PhD)

◈ 100% 學費減免 + 生活津貼 NTD 30,000/學期（碩士所） 100% Tuition Waiver + Stipend NTD 30,000/ semester (Master)

◈ 100% 學費減免 + 生活津貼 NTD 20,000/學期（學士班） 100% Tuition Waiver + Stipend NTD 20,000/ semester (Undergraduates)

Type B和 Type C獲獎者 Type B and C awardees：

◈ B 類：100% 學雜費減免 Type B: 100% Tuition Waiver
◈ C 類：50% 學雜費減免 Type C: 50% Tuition Waiver
