一、申請資格：

  1. 本校在學學位生，參與活動期間須全程具本校學籍。
  2. 依國際處公告完成報名程序，並獲姊妹校活動錄取通知。
  3. 未曾領取國際交流活動補助。
  4. 參與之交流活動為全自費及無領取其他補助。（不包含落地接待之活動）
  5. 名額有限，額滿為止。

二、補助項目、金額：

每人補助直航經濟艙機票以亞洲10,000元、歐美20,000元為原則，實際補助金額依核定通知為準。

三、繳交資料：

1.申請表

2.在學證明(如為延畢生須提供延畢證明)

3.活動錄取通知

4.其他有利審查資料(至多5頁，例:語言能力證明，非必要）

四、申請及核定：

於活動前，透過Google表單繳交文件送出申請，隨到隨審至年度預算用盡為止，申請一個月內Email通知結果。

五、補助款領取：

1.依國際處規定於時間內完成出返國手續。

2.回國後一個月內上傳心得報告、簡報，在校期間參與並配合國際處辦理分享會。

3.繳交以下核銷文件正本至國際處

  1. 登機證存根(如遺失請申請航空公司搭機證明/護照出境紀錄/支出證明單)
  2. 機票旅行業代收轉付收據（抬頭開國立東華大學，統編08153719，要有明確的經濟艙機票款價錢），若是自行購票者請附有明確票價金額之購票證明
  3. 來回電子機票(含班機資訊)
  4. 收據單（只填紅色框內部分）
  5. 銀行或郵局存摺影本（戶名為本人，補助款匯入帳戶，如非提供台企銀或郵局之帳戶將扣除30元手續費）
  6. 外國籍航空公司班機申請書（全程為本國籍航班例如長榮、華航或星宇者免填，於姓名欄位簽名即可）
  7. 劃帳清冊（郵局/臺灣企銀/其他銀行，請依照自己的帳戶擇一填寫，金額空白）

I. Application Eligibility:

  1. Degree student with official enrollment status throughout the program.
  2. Completed the application procedure according to OIA’s announcement and received the acceptance announcement from the partner university.
  3. Has never been granted an international program subsidy.
  4. The program applied is self-financed and has yet to receive other subsidy.
  5. First come first serve.

II. Subsidy Items, Amount:

Airfare subsidy of NTD10,000 for Asia, NTD20,000 for Europe per person; the actual subsidy amount is subject to the approval notice.

III. Documents to Submit:

  1. Application form
  2. Student status certificate (provide a Postponement of Graduation proof if you’re graduating)
  3. Program acceptance notice/letter
  4. Other supplementary documents (limited to five A4 pages, e.g. language proficiency certificate) 

IV. Application and Acceptance: 

Submit documents and apply through Google Form, we review each application until the annual budget is used up, the result would be announced by email within one month upon application.

V. Subsidy Retrieval:

  1. Submit the report, slides within one month upon returning to Taiwan, attend sharing sessions held by OIA.
  2. Submit the original copies of below documents to OIA.
    1. Boarding passes (if lost please apply for travel certificate from the airline company/passport exit stamp/payment sheet)
    2. Receipt for air ticket travel agency collection and transfer (payable to 國立東華大學, tax ID number: 08153719, must clearly state the amount of economic class airfare), if you buy the ticket yourself, please attach the ticket purchase certificate with the clear fare amount
    3. Round-trip electronic flight tickets (including flight information)
    4. Subsidy receipt form (fill out only the red boxes)
    5. Photocopy of bank book (the account should be under your own name, the subsidy will be wired to your account, if your bank is not Taiwan Business Bank or Post Office, you will be charged NTD30)
    6. Application for foreign airline flight (it is not required to fill out if the whole flight is a local Taiwanese airline, such as EVA, China Airlines or Xingyu, just sign in the name field)
    7. Bank account information form (Post Office/Taiwan Business Bank/other banks, please fill out according to your bank, leave the amount blank)
