1. The Garden of Hope Foundation Taiwan, invites foreign students in Taiwan to attend 4th World Conference of Women Shelters (4WCWS).
2. As to encourage more students to know more about Women empowerment issues, Foundaiton offer a scholarship for students, which includes FREE Registration fee, and lunches for Nov. 6-7. (tea and coffee are provided all day).

一、勵馨基金會紀惠容執行長獲選世界婦女庇護安置網絡(GNWS)主席
，承辦「2019世界婦女庇護安置大會」，向國際分享台灣於促進性別平等、推動反家庭暴力之成效，並汲取世界各國的反暴力經驗，作為未來台灣安置服務之改善建議。
二、目的:
1. 為協助世界各國提升庇護安置服務與性別正義，並彰顯台灣在人權與性別平等的領先地位。
2. 大會將邀請來自世界120國家，共1500位的國內外政府官員、國際庇護組織代表和企業領袖等相關人員與會，不僅有助於各國推展專業之庇護服務，更能加強國際NGO及公私營部門的合作，實為外籍學生珍貴的學習機會。
3. 人權及性別平等為普世價值，台灣在此議題的發展居國際領先地位，將藉此機會向世界發聲。大會全程採用英文進行，並提供有日本、西班牙、法文的即時口譯，串連全球。

五、費用: 一般參與者需繳交美金US$500註冊費始得入場，本校外籍學生報名時於線上表單填寫就讀學校與科系等資料，僅需繳納台幣NT$1000的保證 (參與會議後即可領回)。
