一、移民署花蓮服務站將於2019年9月12日前來東華大學協助同學們辦理延長入台證效期、換發多次入台證等事宜。
二、移民署來訪資訊
1. 日期：2019年9月12日(四)
2. 時間：10:00 am~14:00 pm
3. 地點：行政大樓4樓416會議室
三、辦理「多次入出境許可證」延期應備文件
1. 填寫「入出境許可證延期/加簽/換證申請書」
2. 在學證明文件正本1份 (學校出具，可自行至教務處個人學習履歷下載)
3. 大陸地區旅行證件正本，驗畢歸還。
4. 若所持為紙本電子多次入出境許可證者，繳回原紙本電子多次入出境許可證正本。
5.工本費新臺幣300元
四、辦理換發「多次入出境許可證」應備文件
1. 填寫「陸生入出境申請書」
2. 在學證明文件正本1份
3. 大陸地區旅行證件正本，驗畢歸還。
4. 經行政院衛生署指定外籍人士體檢之國內醫院出具之健康檢查合格證明 體檢乙式表 (陸生規定至遲於入境七日內完成檢查)
5. 繳回原單次入出境正本。
6. 兩吋證件照片1張。
7. 證照費新台幣1,000元
