◎報名流程Application Procedure：
1.填寫google 表單向國際處報名，同時繳交以下文件：
Sign up via google form and upload below documents to OIA by December 4.
- 在學證明Student Status Certificate
- 家長同意書Parental Consent Letter(下載範本Form：海外短期交流家長同意書)
- 英語能力證明English Language Proficiency。

2.國際處初步審核後，將於12/7後寄送推薦信。
After confirming the qualification, OIA will send recommendation letters after December 7.
3.於12/16前透過活動報名系統上傳以下申請文件並完成報名程序。
Upload the requested documents and complete the application procedure via UMAP USCO system by December 16.
申請文件Requested documents：
1.Formal Photo (with red background)
2.CV (in English);
3.Motivation Letter (in English; 200 words);
4.Academic Transcript (all semesters for students);
5.Recommendation Letter (Download template here);
6.Scan of Passport or Student Card.
