【獎學金】112學年度第1學期僑生就讀本校獎學金申請 112-1 NDHU Scholarship for Overseas Chinese Students

  • 申請資格
    1. 在本校具有正式學籍（不含延修生），在學期間未受學校申誡處分(含)以上懲罰者。
    2. 大學部學生前一學期在學成績位居就讀學系所屬班級排名前35%，且操行成績達80分以上。
    3. 研究所學生前一學期在學成績位居就讀學系所屬班級排名前35%，且操行成績達 80 分以上。
    4. 撰寫碩士及博士論文期間前一學期無學業成績者： 得以本校申請期限內，提出論文撰寫計畫申請。論文撰寫計畫須 包含研究動機與目的、研究架構及設計、資料蒐集方法與來源、 論文大綱、參考書目或學術論文發表等。
    5. 五年修讀學碩士學位、逕行修讀本校碩、博士學位者，得以學、碩士班期間之歷年成績單提出申請。

註：受領獎學金(含免學費及生活津貼)資格為：學士班至四年級，碩士班至二年級，博士班至四年級，超過上述年限者，不再核發獎學金並依相關規定繳納各項費用。

  • 申請方式
    1. 新生：於申請入學就讀本校時，備齊入學申請文件，做為審查標準。
    2. 在校生：於每學期開學，依國務事務處公告期間，繳交以下資料提出申請。

（一）本獎學金申請表(必繳)。

（二）前一學期成績單正本(必繳)。(請至教務處申請)

（三）前一學期全班排名百分比(必繳)。(請至教務處申請「前一學期成績總平均之名次證明書」)

（四）其他有利審查資料(選繳)。例如：教師推薦信、競賽獲獎證明、課外活動幹部證明、學術論文發表等。

註：獲領其他東華獎助學金之新生(如：本校與獨中簽約之獎學金、董總師培獎學金……等)，不得重複申請本獎學金。

  • 申請時間
    1. 新生：即日起~2023年8月18日(五)17:00，將申請文件電子檔上傳至申請表收件處，逾時恕不受理。
    2. 在校生：請於2023年9月26日(二)〜9月27日(三) 17:00，將申請資料依上述順序排序，以釘書機訂妥送至國際處，逾時恕不受理。

    1. 獲核定受獎者，應於本校規定期限內完成註冊手續。
    2. 獲獎之新生，申請保留入學資格者，不得保留獲獎資格，但遇有特殊事故經審查小組同意者，不在此限。

 

Application Eligibility

  1. Students with official student status (excluding deferred study students) in this school without receiving this school’s punishment more serious than reprimand (included) during their study.

Note:    Qualification for receiving scholarship (including exemption of tuition and receiving of living allowance): until 4th year for undergraduate class, 2nd year for graduate class and 4th year for Ph.D. class. No scholarships will be awarded and students will have to pay for various fees as required for study exceeding aforementioned years.

  1. For undergraduate students, academic performance for previous semester shall rank among top 35% of classes in their departments with conduct grades reaching more than 80 points.
  2. For graduate students, academic performance for previous semester shall rank among top 35% of classes in their departments with conduct grades reaching more than 80 points.
  3. For students without academic performance for previous semester because they are in the period of writing master’s and doctoral thesis:

These students may present their thesis writing plans and file for application within the school’s application deadline. Thesis writing plan shall include research motive and purpose, research structure and design, date collection measures and sources, summary of thesis, reference books or academic paper publications, and so on.

  1. For students of 5-year program for BA and MA degree, or students with direct admissions to master or Ph.D. degree, academic performances throughout the years in master or Ph.D. classes can be utilized for application hereto.

 

Application Measures

  1. Newly admitted students: Admission documents prepared during application to study at the university will be utilized for review standards.
  2. Current Students: The following materials shall be submitted for application within deadline announced by Office of International Affairs during opening of each semester:
  • Application form for this scholarship (mandatory)
  • Official copy of academic performance for previous semester (mandatory)
  • Ranking percentage in the whole class for previous semester (mandatory)
  • Other supporting materials for review: (For instance, teacher’s recommendation letter, competition award certificate, extra-curricular cadre proof, presentation of academic paper, and so on.) (optional)

 

Application Date

  1. Newly admitted students: From now on to 5pm, Aug. 18, 2023

Please upload your application to the Google form. Application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

  1. Current students: 9-12am, 1-5pm, Sep. 26 to Sep. 27, 2023

Please submit the application documents to Office of International Affairs before the deadline. Application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
