參與者住宿地到大學校園的交通費，以參加該計畫。
二、參與者將負責支付以下費用。
(A)由琉球大學安排的住宿費
*參與者需承擔的最高金額為100,000日元，超過100,000日元的部分由琉球大學負擔。
*住宿方案不包括早餐。
(B)護照申請和更新費用
(C)從本國家的家到最近機場的計程車、公車等交通費
(D)在沖繩的飲食費用
(E)個人購物費，包括紀念品費用
三、JASSO獎學金
參與者符合以下JASSO獎學金資格。
- 參加的學生將從日本學生服務機構（JASSO）獲得一次性獎學金80000日元。
- 要獲得獎學金，學生必須在計畫結束後向JASSO提交報告（兩頁A4大小表格）

注意事項：
- 國際處僅公告或協助本校學生報名參加簽約校的短期活動或課程，其短期課程是否可抵免本校學分，參加學生需遵照教務處相關規定辦理。若活動日期為本校學期上課期間，學生須依照本校規定自行辦理請假手續。

1. Cost of Participation
(1) The University of the Ryukyus will cover and pay for the following expenses.
(A) Round-trip airfare from the location of your university to Okinawa Prefecture
The University of the Ryukyus will book and pay for the airfare.
E-tickets will be sent before the trip.
(B) Transportation within Okinawa Prefecture
Transportation from participants’ accommodation to the University campus for your participation in the program.
(2) Participants will be responsible for and pay the following expenses.
(A) Accommodation expenses for lodging arranged by the University of the Ryukyus
*The maximum amount to be borne by the participant is 100,000 yen, and the University of the Ryukyus will bear any excess over 100,000 yen.
*Breakfast is not included in the accommodation plan.
(B) Passport application and renewal fees
(C) Travel expenses by cab, bus, etc., from home in their home country to the nearest airport
(D) Expenses for food and beverages in Okinawa
(E) Fees for personal purchases, including souvenirs
2. JASSO Scholarship
Participants are eligible for JASSO scholarships as follows.
(1) Participating students will receive a one-time scholarship of 80,000 yen from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
(2) To receive the scholarship, students must submit a report (two-page A4 size form) to JASSO after the program.

Please note:
The OIA only announces or assists our school’s students in registering for short-term activities or courses offered by contracted schools. Whether credits from these short-term courses can be transferred to our school is subject to the regulations of the Academic Affairs Office, and participating students must comply accordingly. If the activity falls within our school’s academic semester, students must follow our school’s regulations to apply for leave of absence.
