Despite the challenges we faced this year, including the devastating earthquakes on April 3rd that severely impacted our campus, your perseverance and spirit have shone brightly.
This year has not been easy, especially for our international students. The earthquake caused significant damage, with one building catching fire and several dormitories being ruined. Yet, you stood strong, adapted to the circumstances, and continued your pursuit of knowledge with unwavering determination. Your resilience in the face of adversity is truly commendable and serves as an inspiration to us all.
Your time at National Dong Hwa University has been marked by academic excellence, cultural exchange, and personal growth. You have enriched our community with your diverse perspectives and have set a commendable example of global citizenship.
