◎報名流程：
1.填寫google 表單向國際處報名，同時繳交以下文件：

- 在學證明
- 家長同意書 (下載範本：海外短期交流家長同意書)
- SPOT90語言能力測驗結果
2.國際處以信件通知錄取者後續申請程序，未錄取者則不另外通知。

◎Registration Deadline： until 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 2, 2022
◎Registration Procedure：
1.Sign up via google form and upload below documents to OIA.

- Student Status Certificate
- Parental Consent Letter(Form：Parental Consent Letter)
- Test results of “SPOT90”
2.OIA will send a letter to those students who get the recommendation for the further application procedure.
