本處於2012年8月1日成立，現有「國際合作組」、「國際招生組」、「國際學生組」等三組及『國際專修部』，負責推動本校國際化各項業務，藉由各組配合與協調，提供效率且友善校園，營造優質學習環境。除此之外，面對國際化潮流的躍昇與挑戰，亦培育出諸多位傑出赴外交換生，同時致力於海外招生宣傳，以招收世界各地優秀學子，並藉由增加本地生與境外生交流接觸的機會，不僅使校園國際化，亦培養本地學生成為國際人，落實「在東華看見世界，讓世界認識東華」之國際化目標。
【組織架構】
【國際合作組】
為拓展本校師生國際視野與研究格局，本組積極策進本校師生國際學術交流，協調與安排本校與國外學術機構締約，積極推動交換學生、雙聯學位、海外實習等交流項目，提升本校學生國際交流機會及國際移動力。除受理校內國際學術合作交流、海外移地實習教學計畫申請之外，亦推動教育部各項重大計畫、如新南向計畫、TEEP短期蹲點計畫等。
【國際招生組】
本組擔任本校境外學生(外籍生、僑生、陸生)申請入學及獎學金審查窗口，除了規劃至海外重點招生地區，如：馬來西亞、港澳、印尼、泰國、越南、蒙古進行訪問與招生宣講之外，亦策略性提高外國學生至本校學習的意願。本組亦負責海外宣傳紀念品、廣告、文宣、禮品及網頁設計等對外形象統籌。
【國際學生組】
本組擔任本校境外學生(外籍生、僑生、陸生、短期研修生)在校行政輔導窗口。為提升服務品質，每學期固定招募及訓練本校學生擔任國際接待志工，不僅讓本地生透過接待境外學生拓展國際視野，亦使境外學生融入東華校園文化，產生實質交流互動。此外，本組亦定期辦理境外學生文化活動，如：國際文化料理節、國際文化之夜、園遊會、境外生歡迎會、泰國潑水節等，讓各國學生展現其國家特色服裝、舞蹈歌謠、習俗及美食，讓校園文化逐漸融入各國特色，營造國際化友善校園。

主要任務為協助推動及實施重點產業領域擴大招收僑生港澳學生及外國學生實施計畫。
Office of International Affairs (OIA) was established on August 1, 2012 and is currently composed of the following four divisions and one program: International Cooperation Division (ICE), International Admissions Division (IRA), International Student Affairs Division (ISSA), and International Foundation Program (IFP). The Office is responsible for the promotion of international services of the university. Through coordinated efforts of the respective divisions, we are able to provide high efficiency and a friendly environment with the goal of creating a superior learning environment.

【International Cooperation Division】(ICE)
To broaden the international outlook and research scope of our students and faculty, ICE actively promotes international academic collaborations, coordinates contracts, and strategic alliances with foreign academic institutions in ways of signing MOU, building up sister universities, organizing of exchange programs, promoting dual-degree projects, and so on. ICE also arranges mutual visits by academic personnel and short-term study, also focuses on the tasks of programs subsidized by Ministry of Education, short-term summer programs and internships.
【International Admissions Division】(IRA)
In order to recruit more degree students from Mainland China, overseas Chinese communities, and foreign countries, IRA arranges the participation in international education fairs and also the visits to universities which are key recruitment target such as Mongolia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Macaw. Besides, IRA is also in charge of the organization of scholarships applications for international students. In addition to the maintenance of the website and data, IRA is also responsible for all the promotional materials and media.
【International Student Affairs Division】(ISSA)
ISSA is the on-campus window of all the international students from Mainland China, overseas Chinese communities, and foreign countries. In order to enhance the quality of reception and promote the interactions between local and foreign students, ISSA regularly recruits volunteers for hosting international students and also organizes activities and visits such as International Cultural Nights, Welcome Party, Orientations, and Cosine Festival that enable foreign students to learn more about local culture.
【International Foundation Program】(IFP)
The mission of the IFP is to assist in the promotion and implementation of plans to expand the recruitment of Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and foreign students in key industries.
