與英國牛津大學哈福特學院合作舉辦英語培訓活動

活 動 地 點: 牛津大學哈福特學院
活 動 內 容 : 英國語言與文化課程
名 額: 12 人成團 , 最多 40 人 (若報名人數未達標準，不予開班)
費 用: 英鎊2460 (約台幣9萬元) (兩周課程+食宿，不含機票)
報名截止日：2023 年 3 月 24 日
審查結果公告：2023 年 3 月 31 日
報名資格:
1.申請及交流時，須為本校在學學生 (請提供在學證明)
2.須全程參與活動，遵守相關之規定，無法配合者請勿報名
3.請到透過Google表單繳交文件送出申請

獎學金申請資格:
須符合 CEFR正式測驗 B1 等級(含聽力、閱讀、口說、寫作)。CEFR 各類語言檢定證照等級對照表
獎學金項目與名額：
1.全額課程費補助(英鎊2,460元)，限定台灣籍 管理、理工學院在學學生，最多補助名額12名。
(此獎學金補助主要是依據 ”國立東華大學學生海外培訓補助” )
2.機票費補助(上限台幣2萬元)，依國際處交流活動補助之規定，最多補助名額 8 名。
獎學金申請文件:
1.申請計畫書 2023年 英國牛津海外培訓營申請書
2.英語能力證明
3.其他有助審查資料，如：選修重點培育學院全英語授課EMI之專業課程修課證明
獎助學金核定：
1.審核程序:依本處公告時間前交出申請，經審核小組審核後，給予核定之補助。
2.學生在學期間僅得補助一次為原則。
3.獲核定補助者，如行程因故變更、延期或取消，應事先簽請核准同意，以利後續候補作業。
4.獲核定補助者，請於4月15日前繳交保證金新台幣五千元整，未依期限內繳交保證金視同放棄。
5.完成課程培訓於返國一個月內，提出培訓心得報告書和培訓結業證明書，得申請退還保證金，否則保證金收回。

organize English training activities.
We are going to take students to participate in English courses and experience related
British culture Hartford College provides rich courses and diversified activities.

◎Contents：Advanced English and British Culture Programme
◎Fee：GBP 2460 (two-week course + Meals + Accommodation, NOT excluding air tickets)
◎Registration Deadline： March 24, 2023
◎Announcement of Review Results: : March 31, 2023
If you cannot participate in the entire activity and adhere to the applicable regulations, please do not sign up.

◎You must participate in the whole activity and abide by the relevant regulations. If you cannot cooperate,

- Student Status Certificate
- Parental Consent Letter (Form：Parental Consent Letter)
Subsidy Application Eligibility:
- Degree student with official enrollment status throughout the program.
- Completed the application procedure according to OIA’s announcement and received the acceptance announcement from OIA.
- Has never been granted an international program subsidy.
- The program applied is self-financed and has yet to receive other subsidies.
Subsidy Items, Amount:
Airfare subsidy of NTD20,000 per person; the actual subsidy amount is subject to the approval notice.
